Minnesota Service Cooperatives (MSC)
The Minnesota Service Cooperatives is made up of nine regional service cooperatives (RSCs). Each RSC has a unique understanding of the strengths and needs of their communities and uses these insights to positively impact and improve member outcomes.

We are the regional delivery system for school districts, governmental agencies and nonprofits in Minnesota.

We believe that the participating Minnesota Service Cooperatives, through our collaborative endeavors, are best positioned to deliver the highest quality programs and services to our members.

COMPASS is the statewide system for continuous improvement created through a collaboration between MDE and MSC.

The following professional development offerings are available through MSC: Reading Foundations, ParaEducator, Equity in the Classroom and Cultural Competency.

All of the service cooperatives offer, sponsor, and coordinate academic programs and competitions for students.
