Minnesota Service Cooperatives
The Minnesota Service Cooperatives (MSC) is a network
of nine regional cooperatives working together to provide
high-quality, cost-effective programs and services for
Minnesota's schools, municipalities, and nonprofits. By
collaborating across regions, MSC amplifies its impact to
strengthen education and public services statewide.

Our Vision: We are the regional delivery system for school districts, governmental agencies and nonprofit organizations.

The MSC Career and Technical Education Consortium is committed to strengthening relationships with each other as well as our education, economic development and workforce agency partners.

COMPASS is the statewide system for continuous improvement created through a collaboration between MDE and MSC.

The following professional development offerings are available through MSC: Reading Foundations, ParaEducator, Equity in the Classroom and Cultural Competency.
